Celes is a passionate man who lives for his art. He has always loved the world of design and costume making ever since he was young,
and would never dream about doing anything else in his life.
He is very serious and devoted to his job, and won't ever stop until he gets the design just right for its intended role.
Celes rarily spends time doing things other than his job, and would rather sketch or look for inspirations in his free time.
Celes is very proud of his costumes, looking at every one he makes as his work of art and his 'precious children'.
As such, he expects those who wear them to take extremely good care of them,
as such, he would get angry and bossy should they make a single tear on the costume. His favorite creation is the coat he wears on a daily basis.

While he excels at his work, the same might not be said about his social abilities.
While polite to most, Celes isn't used to hang out with others due to being an Angel who didn't wish to mingle with humans who might question his inability to grow older.
However he tries his best to maintain a neutral relationship with others, especially with people that he has to work with.
Celes spends most of his time in his workshop or room, which are usually very close,

and tends to forget the flow of time while working, causing him to spend sleepless nights or missing meals.

Like manipulating strings made for sewing, Celes has the ability to create threads of light to can restrain an opponent’s arms and legs.
With enough concentrations, he may control the latter’s movements to a certain degree. ( Mostly walking and swinging arms )

Celes uses his powers to control the air around him as he moves around, such as making him jump ahead further
or soften his landing if he is jumping from a higher place, all while muffling any sounds that those actions could make.

Celes was born in France from a line of Pure blooded Angel.
While they lived among humans, they didn’t wish to dwell with them and prefered to just look after them and their occupations from afar, all while being proud for being pure Angels.
Celes, however, thought differently and was amazed by the world of humans at the first glance, more precisely at their creations.
He was rather impressed by how much they could do without magic, and among what they could do, Celes loved best the world of design and fashion.
The way the costumes redefined shapes, colors, meaning all to serve their purpose, for either beauty or practicality. He wanted create them as well.

But his family weren’t thrilled at Celes’ growing passion, and they tried to convince him to give up on his dream and to stay away from humans.
To just focus on magic training and maintaining the pure bloodline. This lead to him getting away from them and no longer maintaining contact with his parents.
After years of studies and hard work, he managed to enter the industry and worked in a small fashions company.
But Celes wasn’t content with that, he wanted to do more. So during his free times he worked on a big project, a big brand reveal where he would showcase all of his designs.
This would lead him to be popular enough to be his own company and be in bliss, Why wouldn’t he?
After all, if it happened, it wasn’t like he would need to show his face at all times, since his name was enough. The humans wouldn’t question if he didn’t age...
However, for years he had studied without bothering with relationships, as such, he was blindly thrilled when he found love with a person who was working in the same field.
Celes didn’t question when he found some of his sketchpages missing, neither did he think of it too much when designs looked familiar at his lover’s studio.
But all of that went down the moment Celes had finished his project, only to realise that the entirety of his collection ideas were showcased by a rival studio.

He wanted to fight and claim those designs, but they had the proof that they were in possession of the original designs, and Celes had no way to prove that they stole them.
Dread and anger settled in him when he realised everything and the betrayal of his lover.
In his rage, he threw a powerful spell at them before realising their action.
Thankfully the latter survived, with no memories of the moment due to the Veil.

After those events, Celes wished for nothing else than a new start.
A new life and a new place to work in.

Celes had heard of an entertainment company that was growing in popularity in the supernatural world, they should be looking for a costume designer no?
He applied right away and prayed for an answer.
Whatever happened, Celes has decided one thing.
He wouldn’t let his feelings make the same mistake again.
