OK, so I finally bent the knee, sacrificed an innocent on the altar of sth and subscirbed to Adobe Photoshop CC... so what better way to break it in than to paint something.

It's based on a promo image of The Penguin, played by Robin Lord Taylor, for the Gotham TV show. Gotham season one seems to be the making of the Penguin, or at least Taylor's portrayal of Oswald Cobblepot is easily the stand-out performance of the season with everybody else looking quite dull in comparison.
