amazingly realistic painting, the way you have painted the black jumper and captured that smile in paint is amazing. (!)

I m a arclic painter n I m really impressed with yr work. But I have skepticism on how u paint those details with arcyclic brushes n on canvas? Possibly with ink n pencils but hard with brush. I can't see the canvas texture when zoom in. Could u show n share with us the various step by step transformation n how u accomplished that? Pls help kill my skepticism n keep artistic integrity alive. Thks. Look forward to yr next posting.

All you have to do is look at the forehead of the painting, you can clearly see where he hasn't finished the brushwork. It's a painting, believe me.

thanks for the clarification. That still can't put my skepticism to rest. It can be photoshop.. I would prefer to see the layers and process on how he painstakely do the details of the face... Of course, I would wish to see the original artwork to put all this to rest..

All you have to do is look at the forehead of the painting, you can clearly see where he hasn't finished the brushwork. It's a painting, believe me. It's an art movement called photo-realism, where you paint to look like a photograph.

Thank you for your compliments and kind words
To answer the most frequently-asked question, the entire process took about two months, from a draft to a completion.
I'm currently working on a new piece of the similar size(slightly bigger) and it's taking a bit more than two months now,
but I'm planning to finish it by this weekend, so that hopefully, I could post it by next week.
Thanx!

You're the best realistic portrait painter I have ever seen. This is really incredible and it blows my mind to see your work everytime. You're truly an artistic genius! Keep up the wonderful work, my friend!
Oh, and I see it's a large painting. I thought it to be A4 or A3 first time when I saw it! Amazing! That's how you get so much detail in your portraits?!
