Description Illustration assignment to illustrate one or both of two poems given us by Thiel on the theme of 'Fat.' The main idea of doing these, was to put ourself in the mindset of these women (as both poems had female 'characters')- whether an optimistic or pessimistic view. I've been reading a book lately called 'How to think like Leonardo da Vinci' and after multiple frustrated attempts at coming up with ideas for this project, I started thinking about da Vinci's representation of 'the perfect man'. This is of course after finding reference through 'big beautiful women' sites, and I thought I'd rather promote the positive outlook some larger women have of their bodies, as the negative tone had been dragging me down throughout the process. I quite enjoyed translating da Vinci's drawing into a large woman, and I like the warm pink tones, referenced from a flickr photo of a rose petal. XD

I like this version best.
Would you mind if I use this as picture for an article I wrote about how to build 'skeleton', 'flesh' and 'fat' for a piece of writing? I'd of course link to your original

That's a very intersting piece, if you don't mind my saying.

God bless,

Very nice!! I really like how you blended the theme of your project with DaVinci's Perfect Man. Cool! *smiles*
