Description

I've played with sprites on and off for ages. These were made by fusing elements I liked from various Mario sprites to visualize how I'd design a Mario game. I limited my pallet, made selective use of shadows to delineate colors, and practiced animating them smoothly.

I almost lost these forever in a hard drive crash but was able to find a backup. I have no real intention of finishing them, it was just a fun exercise.
