Design for a bolt-action sniper rifle.
(2 different barrel designs)

The barrel on the first design bugged me somewhat, so I had another try and made something a little different. I like the 2nd design more, but I'll leave the first there for comparison.

This rifle would only be able to hold one bullet at any time, but it would be much more powerful than the Phase sniper, just needing a reload after each shot.
