Blue, by Rey-Menn.This is the most I've ever scratched a sprite. Only the shoulder fins were taken from Garchomps sprite, everything else was me. Not perfect by any means but I thought it was a pretty good attempt at Rey's awesome design. Though the legs do need a lot of work, they look awful >.>
