Well the second messes up the timeline of the thrid season if you feel me. Its like an ova that has nothing to do with the show itself but you watch it anyways.

i think its kinda weird that they'd just do that 
i mean it doesn't make me dislike the anime/manga or its creators but 
it just kinda throws the story off a bit. 
but i will probably still watch it anyways-
