The world is brighter than the sun

To the overwhelming light surrounding us,

Altaï always loved hearing his mother's stories.
They were simple, unpretentious and true. Tales of righteous knights, their fair ladies, grand adventures and quests of honour, good-natured and subtle. They made you want to hear just more and more, absorbing the idyllic, though naive romance they reflected. Estella herself was a lover of such poetic fables, finding great comfort in their fairytale-ish innocence. This she passed on her son as well.
"Tell me more, please-please-please, mommy!" Altaï whinnied.
"Now, now, starlight, haven't you heard enough tales for today? Otherways there won't be a new tale left to tell for another day."
"Then tell my favourite ones again!"
"If you insist so." his mother chuckled. "I wonder how you aren't tired of them already."
"I could listen for forever! I could listen to them again and again!" the foal persisted.

felt like it would be appropriate to upload this one on the international women's day ^^ after all, motherhood is an important aspect of womanhood as well, and we're celebrating them for their kindness and strenght!
