So I've noticed that people really reeeally like this old character I drew from eight years back and didn't draw since then, so I brought her back with a new outfit and 'do
Just a refresher, she's a thief and her elasticity is special in that she's able to redirect kinetic force thrown at her and bounce it back, hence the moniker Rebound
