Opening a commission shop for RPG Maker based commissions, decided I'd use Cynthia as a sort of Flagship.Usual specifications are out the window, no idea how long it took since I was doing both this and the XP Compatible Cynthia at the same time, and was making a base template for them too... Could count colors I guess, but I closed the files already. Either way, just needed to post these here so I could link them in the forum I'm using.
