Personality: Meltdown was a protester at a local power plant when
the reactor started to overheat. He was unable to unchain himself
in time and was caught in the blast. The radiation changed him into
the monster known as Meltdown. This means he not only has average
human intelligence but he thinks mankind is destroying the world.
He will do everything he can to stop that from happening.
Which means destroying man made factories and other buildings.

(Note: Meltdown doesn't have much going in offensive power, but he burns anything that gets close to him with a strong radioactive aura.)
