He looks like he's made of some sort of construction vehicle and reminds me of Wedge from Transformers: Robots in Disguise (2001). Wedge was part of the Autobot combiner Landfill. Considering most of parts to Bruticus is confirmed for the movie it may be setting up a combiner vs. combiner battle.
