Some AU Fanfictions and Crossovers would undo this event while others such as WOLFBLADE111 's The Guardian-Verse and The-JMP 's JRV would soften the blow. (No shade intended guys.)

In KV however, there are little to no changes. Outside from a few more Jedi surviving or being killed, it happened just as it happened. Similar thing with the Clones too, VERY few of them had their chips removed and disobeyed the order (like Rex, a few OCs, and maybe Wolffe?)

I know it's kind of sad that I'm letting this event happen or not altering it to lessen it's body count, but to me, this is a very big moment in Star Wars history and an impactful one. Plus, I did say the Prequel Trilogy happened in KV, the same goes for this and the formation of the Galactic Empire.
