Jia Li Morgan was a happy girl. She was full of life, imaginative, and endlessly loving. That was before the shadow fell over her heart, threatening to drown everything that was the best in her. When she meets strange creatures called Anlucia in the Aliyah forest, and a shy but wonderful friend named Faith Hudson, she finally feels that her pain will be washed away. Little does she realize that her darkest hour is yet to come, and if her heart fails to love even those who love her most may not be able to save her.
