The kaiju octopus called Odako was first encountered on far off Farhou island where it fought with King Kong but the 30 meter cephalopod was no match for the ape and retreated before serious damage was inflicted on either side. Odako reappeared in 1965 when it grabbed Frankenstein when he came to the waters edge to nurse his wounds and odako is believed to have drowned the huge humanoid. Later the same year Odako attacked a fishing boat but was grabbed by the savage green Gargantua Gaira and tossed far from the boat and the Octopus fled to the sea. In 1968 Odako was captured and placed on monster island. NOTE: Odako resembles a venomous blue ring octopus but his size enables him to wrestle his prey, he is also very intelligent and and it is also not known to be radioactive it is unknown either if it is a natural entity or a mutant.
