Another of the great old ones, Rhan Tegoth seems to be mainly a watcher and file keeper of sorts, keeping the long "lost" knowledge of eons ago safe and gathering new, much like GLAAKI.

Found in a dormant state in the high arctic,and shipped in a crate by the proprieter of a wax museum. When he finally found the chant to awaken him, he gave him a live dog and -well, Rhan Tegoth enjoyed the meal -in its own way !
