Commandant Card Passer est un personnage mineur de la série animée Sonic X et de sa série BD publiées par Archie Comics. Une fois la tête de C.L.I.P. (Convert Lateral International Program), une société importante affiliée à la Guardian Units of Nations accusée de fournir des armes et de couvrir certains incidents du grand public, Passer a mené une attaque non autorisée contre le Docteur Eggman au cours de sa trêve avec le Président, estimant qu'il planifiait en réalité une autre attaque. En conséquence, Sonic the Hedgehog a aidé Eggman à s'échapper tandis que Passer était démis de ses fonctions, mais il avait rapidement rejoint le groupe S.O.N.I.C.X. organisation de se venger de Sonic pour lui avoir fait perdre son emploi.

Commander Card Passer is a minor character in the anime series Sonic X and its comic series published by Archie Comics. Once the head of C.L.I.P. (Convert Lateral International Program), an important company affiliate to the Guardian Units of Nations which was charged with supplying weapons and covering some incidents from the general public, Passer led an unauthorized attack on Doctor Eggman during his truce with the President, believing he was actually planning another attack. As a result, Sonic the Hedgehog helped Eggman escape while Passer was fired from his position, but he soon joined the S.O.N.I.C.X. organization to get revenge on Sonic for making him lose his job.
