A dragon concept for a videogame company here in Austin
This is copyrighted as all hell 0_oI really studied a lot of digital painting techniques to take my digital art to another level. I'm really proud of this one *sniff*

Holy crap, that thing is amazing.
I love all of the glowing bits, expecially the "feathers" od the wings, that face is increadible, all of the detail is epic, and the extreme sloping back, huge claws and wonderful looking horns all make for an interesting design for a dragon.
If I knew what game this was (though I imagine you can't say yet for some legal reasons) I would defintely look into it.

Wow, it looks like you've improved your values and shading techniques quite a bit. You've gone from the almost flat comic style to this quasi-organic one. Its very exciting to see.
As for the creature itself, I love how its both animal and elemental at the same time without mangling the concept all to hell like I've seen with other dragons. The wings look very top heavy with fragile shoulder joints but thats really the only thing I have against this one. The colors and perspective go will with each other and the dragon firmly grabs your attention while exuding an aura of power. I'd say that video game company scored a win for hiring you.

Wow, that;s is a wicked looking Fire Dragon. Those fiery wings are pretty awesome looking, as is the tail, and it's pretty cool how it seems to have heat vents along its side to let the fiery energy within out. Those spiky scales, especially along its chest are a very nice touch. Overall a very wicked dragon design.

true people come up with large variants of dragons for their stuff. from ice breathing to fire breathing to those who don't really breath anything, just shoot energy. though it would beat me what a celestial dragon of general fiction like that videogame would attack with (general as in i have my own idea about such thing, actually going on five years of ideas.)
