Godzilla being able to throw Zilla up like 200 meters in the air using only his mouth is impressive.

Actually he caught Zilla by the tail with his mouth and then grabbed and swung him using his hands. Take another look at the second-to-last panel.

How about a pack of Zillas? One one one, Zilla is about as challenging an opponent for the king of the monsters as Ebirah, Kamakiras, or Spiega.

HAH! Love that last panel of Godzilla throwing Zilla like a ragdoll XD. However, I also like how well Matt draws Kiryu Goji, especially the side profile of his face in the last panel.
Keep up the awesome work Matt, you're by far the best Godzilla comic artist out there and the quality of the art really helps to make the story that much more enjoyable. Ronda Pattison's colors look amazing too :3

Godzilla, Zilla is the one being thrown lol. Seriously, one of Zilla's biggest problems is his name, its hard to take a monster seriously when its name is just a chunk of a more popular monster's name (granted, I don't think Toho ever meant for him to be taken seriously again given how unpopular the Tristar film was but ya get my drift).

I feel like the American Godzilla is much much quicker than the King,but the King is way Stronger, has a stronger will also can' he regenerate. There's only so much speed ca do.Β

All of Zilla's incarnations are officially (or legally) known as ZILLAβ’, not American Godzilla. When people start calling Godzilla 2014 by "American Godzilla", using this nickname for Zilla will get confusing!

Zilla is the legal name for all Zilla incarnations from 1998 all the way to forever. Zilla (and Zilla from GTS) USED to be known as "Godzilla" from 1998-2005, until Toho cancelled their trademarks. I can give you reliable links for proof if you want. Hope that clears a bit up.

All post-2004 iteration of the 98 Godzilla is now known as Zilla.Β
Not the ones from the animated series and the 1998 film, they are still called Godzilla.Β

I like Zillaβ’ too! Zillaβ’'s dsign is awesome, he is fast and I find it surprising that his claws can make Godzilla bleed, but at least this was a real fight!
