Well.... Godzilla may kill a few, but the transformers will eventually wear him down by shear force of numbers.

Um...we're talking about a giant monster that can regenerate from nothing but a HEART, has fallen into a volcano and emerged unscathed, had a meteorite slam into him and Tokyo, and while Tokyo was virtually decimated, Godzilla just took that shit without any injury whatsoever, and was even sucked into a black hole and then fought Spacegodzilla and came back with very little damage done to him. Hell, he blasted King Ghidorah into space with the red spiral ray, which is a much more powerful version of his atomic breath, and since the atomic breath strikes with a force of 328 trillion psi, which is equivalent to 1 trillion riot control fire hoses, enough to wrap around the Earth 38,000 times. He even managed to match Thors strength in a crossover with the Avengers. The Transformers are awesome indeed, but they have never battled anything like Godzilla.

You're talking to someone who knows and loves Godzilla; someone who's seen every single film about him, most multiple times. I am painfully aware of his power. However, I get the feeling you don't know much about transformers; many can level buildings with single hits from, and can resist pretty much anything the military throws at them. Some are also brilliant warriors and strategists, and quite a few have unique abilities that augment their power further. Godzilla is facing what appears to be several hundred of them. Could Godzilla beat ten tranformers? Yes. Fifty? Maybe. But a hundred or more, all bringing their firepower to bear and co-ordinating tactically to bring him down? He's going to be defeated sooner or later. He's not invulnerable.

That's nice. Megatron and the Decepticons have warships capable of demolishing planets. All they'd have to do is decide Godzilla and friends were an actual problem, then the Decepticons get on the horn with Megatron and he dispatches a few dozen cybernoughts, a phase-sixer or two, and a supercruiser. Godzilla and the entire continent he and his derpy poweranger-reject buddies are on is toast. Unless this is Bayformers, in whichcase the Transformers are blown over by a stray gust of wind and die while the US military looks epic.

this is not with war ships its with robots vs godzilla in which decepticons would lose besides godzilla has taken on things more capable at fighting than warships so no Godzilla (and to a lesser extent the dinobots) would win

Godzilla has taken on the flying saucers of japanese men in tin-foil leotards. And once an abaloney shell with lasers. Cybertronian warships rape the shit out of anything he's ever fought. And Metroplex could solo Godzilla with ease. He's three times G's size, can move faster than him, can fly, can teleport, has weapons capable of busting cities in one hit, and was durable enough to survive hundreds of millions of years of war and corrosive weather, a direct headshot from a MASSIVE Vamparc Cannon (midsized vamparc cannons blow up Cybertronian buildings, which are bigger and far tougher than human buildings, in one shot), was only stunned by a warp-cannon from point-blank to the face, and is generally an all around badass. In case you haven't figured it out, or can't hear me over your fanwanking, all of these things are a few dozen times more powerful than Godzilla's ray-breath. And Metty laughed them off. He would literally stand there giggling while Godzilla had a tantrum and spewed atomic plasma at him, then twist G's head off with one of his 110 foot hands.
I'm not saying Godzilla couldn't stomp the fuck out of a few dozen garden variety transformers (or even the combiners) in a straight fight, but if the Autobots and Decepticons decided he was a big problem, He'd turn into a beachball for Trypticon and Metroplex to punt back and forth pretty fast.

well in retrospec dear sir ive seen trypticon (wouldn't last against Godzilla) metroplex may put up a fight and if the warships iv'e seen aren't impressive either way Godzilla has faced the worst the universe has to offer and besides Godzilla has friends as well the Transformers may be able to take on one monster i'll give you that but Godzilla and his friends would rip through them like tissue paper
