I'm pretty sure Godzilla wins this fight ninty-nine percent of the time. After all he's fought much bigger machines than them. Although the one that's the size of a planet would probably win... what was his name again?

We don't want a battle this epic to be too one-sided. It would be too much overkill if Godzilla called in Rodan, Mothra, or Anguirus.
And it would be more of the same if the Transformers called in Omega Supreme, Metroplex, or Trypticon.

That is all sorts of awesome. Not sure The Transformers could take down Godzilla, he's just so damn big. They'd probably get further than an army of humans though. Still they'd probably have to get 10x bigger to go toe to toe with Godzilla.
