Name: Lieutenant Kin Matsumoto (Ichimaru) of Squad 3.
Age: 17
Hair Color: Strawberry-blonde (Rangiku's)
Eye Color: Sky blue (Gin's)
Bio: Where Kin looks like his father, he acts like his mother. He's warm, easy to like, popular and supportive to people. Shunsui (unfortunately) taught him about women. So there's that. Nanao doesn't approve. But, he's like his dad in his temper, but where his father was full of ice, Kin is full of fire. He makes his anger known. He's a little annoying like his mother, too. But he's a good kid. He has dificultly making genuine friendships to show hIs real self to, but his closest friends are Sora Inoue-Cifer (ftw) and Heishi Kyoraku.
Zanpakuto: Fuerutora (flaming tiger)
-Bankai: Jigoku ga honoo (flames of hell, protect)- creates a golden fox that's fur is seemingly on fire. Before
-Shikai: Doku de sutoraiki (strike with heated venom)

He doesn't have a mullet, he looks obscenely like his dad so he tries as best he can to not look like him, this is something both Izuru, his Uncle Shiro (hehe) and his Mom try to put a stop to, since it also consists of not smiling in public since he can't help that (although he has a warmer smile) he still smiles like Gin, and looks startlingly like him with the way his hair falls in his eyes, and tries to push it back out of them.

No- Kira didn't die! He's too hilariously abused to die (?). Instead, he finally manned up, had a kid and got promoted. Kin here is Rangiku and Gin's prodigal lovechild (for lack of a less amusing word ) who was basically wanted by every division for finishing school in a year (like Daddy) with a Shikai, no less. He wasn't as young as his father though, he was about physically 15 instead of like 10 like Gin.

Also, he has a tendency to show up to the 12th division to ask for Ukitake's advice, which he will always gladly give. Or be shouting in 6th squad looking for Sojun (who is in 12th). Until Byakuya kicks him out via Renji.
Needless to say, the kid's well-rounded.
How is this hot guy possible? K, so basically when two Shingami REALLY love each other they take 15 mins in between battles with Aizen to conceive future super Soul Reapers.

PS The only significant 'AU' in this is that instead of dying, Gin was exiled out of Soul Society, and left Rangiku (unknown to him, pregnant with his kid) thinking she'd have a better life without him. Yeah, so the exile is overturned 30 years later and Gin is allowed to apply for re-enstatement and he just happens to run into the new Lieutenant of Squad 3. And "I hate my Dad" angst ensues and blah blah blah.
Gin is alive in Byakuya's house.
