someone told me it's "illegal" to do it and paypal will ban your account if you do it. I replied "ive been doing it for years and never been banned" XD And i said "how does paypal know if the person i send money to is in my family or a friend or not?" but i guess they insisted paypal doesn't like when people do it.

I know, if they ever contacted me about any of my transactions on paypal, i would just say "they're my friend, i've talked to them on a social media, and are pleasant to each other, how can you say they aren't my friend?" and how could they say any one wasn't? lol I'd like to see them try. But yeah, I have no problem using the friends/family option on paypal, I'm glad you don't either.
