Description
Yeah, this is a massive power-up that Robo-Ky would get in Clash of Universes after his body is destroyed during his fight against Bedman in Xrd arc. Since we got that Millia is the Director of the PWAB in Strive, she has access to all the GG characters reports that the PWAB (GG X2 series), this could be how Robo-Ky Mk II can do all these moves from other characters. And since we got other characters that exist in this crossover like Ragna, X, Cloud, etc... Robo-Ky would have some of their moves as well (future facts). The ones who participated in this project would be the scientist that appear in Guilty Gear Isuka and other scientist that exist in CoU like Kokonoe (not official). I dunno if Robo-Ky has his original form, or this could be an install that changes his color (since Ky now has Dragon Install, this could be a reference to that).
