This is Pitch, the founder of the Pitch Carousel, which is a carnival of sorts within the Nexus. I'm slowly developing the Nexus along with Underschism and Trial's origin, since each of them are actually interconnected with one another.

Pitch himself is a minor character, and is not a major influence within the Nexus. He simply runs the carnival, a source of entertainment. He does hold a shady past, however, and originates from a specific universe haunted by animated animatronics...

Pitch was a character I adopted on Toyhou.se that I revamped a little bit to fit in to the universe called the Nexus. His original designer is toyhou.se/Strawbii on Toyhou.se.
