Description
This character is inspired by American McGee's 'Alice: Madness Returns', which was a kind of surreal, tragic, dark fantasy reimagining of Lewis Carroll's original children's novels 'Alice's Adventures in Wonderland' (1865) and 'Through the Looking-Glass' (1871). The idea to add Alice to a Mortal Kombat roster occurred to me years ago. I thought the malleability of the character could prove interesting in a fighting game context, with Oneiromancy, Imagination Manifestation and Astral Projection, being some of her potential powers.

At the same time, including an iconic Victorian era personality who's deeply rooted in Western culture, is my response to the kind of characters that NRS tends to use as cross-over guests, and indeed; the kind of characters many fans think are great. To each their own, but I don't really care for most of these choices. E.g. Freddy Krueger, Jason, Leatherface, Joker, Homelander, Omniman.

Alice wouldn't be an obvious choice, and it's kind of way outside of the box, and we wouldn't actually ever see her in an MK game, but since this is my personal pipe dream roster and fan-fiction story, I think I can reinterpret Alice to actually fit in the MK world, and make her part of the story. And she is in the public domain anyway, so you could just use the character.
