No, not that kind of snap. I realize that I've never really drawn my OC, Chisa Dor Ragall Epsilon Nagantia-Bonne, or Chisa Epsilon for short, being angry. She's always got a dopey smile on her face and is OFTEN in a good mood but.. like sometimes people can piss her off. Not as easily as other forms of Kaku, no, but just sometimes... you're in trouble. And she'll freeze your blood inside your arm and pop your arm from the inside out with a snap of her fingers... if she's really pissed.

So yeah, just Chisa being mad and snappy.
