So, Pisa as a character card is an interesting one. So while she can redirect damage from her teammates, she can also be used to play cards on your own side that would damage your own characters to the brink of dying, then shuffle them away and prevent you from losing. If you have her Team Bonus, that means you can return discarded Character cards to hand to replace, but otherwise I feel that it's a good use of one-half of the team bonus.

If it's never come up, the Team Bonus for Troubled Waters Sanctuary is: "Whenever you discard a card that is not involved in paying for an attack, you may search your deck for a card of the same type and put it into your hand. If you have to shuffle a card from your hand back into your library, you may return a card of the same type from your graveyard to your hand in addition to the original shuffling effect." So their gameplan happens to be working around losing card advantage for playing cards. I always thought it would be pretty cool, and using it for a group that is completely self-sufficient and goes mostly ignored by the public would be perfect.
