One last note on this: If it's taking forever, you're probably doing it right. If you keep going back to fix things, you're probably working the same way I do. Because it's all about drawing, fixing, redrawing, erasing, re-doing, repeat.

EDIT: I changed the images a little bit, so I think it's a better tutorial now.

It's all PSP7, but it can be done in any program you like. Maybe even not pixel art, who knows?
