Alright alright let me explain!So this friend of mine went on my DA, took my black&white grade six picture, and did mean things to it!
So I found an excellent picture of her, and this allowed me to experiment with a few techniques in PS:

Taking out an object (originally a hairbrush, lol) and replacing it with something else (the bat, Ozzy ftw).
Putting a realistic tattoo on someone.
Blood effects.

I kinda slacked off on the background and the vampire teeth, but I didn't spend too much time on this.
Revenge accomplished!
