A walking infector and a carrier of plague eggs. She doesn't seem to be a true source, rather a field agent for quick recruitment. She does have influence in creating the eggs, but it works in a process similar to how clams produce pearls. She is able to tell the eggs apart, knowing how they will mutate someone. If your faced against her and lucky enough to have time to speak, you can ask her for a specific mutation. Atleast in this way you'll have some choice in your fate.
