Description This is the first part of a picture commission for my friend He wanted me to draw his chraacter as a pokemon (Three actually, this is just part one)I had fun with the glowy energy and eye shit, so screw off with that kind of criticism x3 Yet again, we see the new lined style that I am slowly growing to like! I would love to hear your criticism on this art piece
