Hey there. I probably should have posted this piece first as it explains Circuit Breaker's background and story. This was also her original design when she was created over 10 years ago. She has evolved and changed in terms of powers, weapons and abilities but...I think it's a good idea to post this one. Below is the original post!

Howdy again! Two drawings in one day to show! This one was done by Mistypine01 He was a pleasure to work with as well. Very nice and willing to work with you on any changes that need to be done. This is of a character I worked on several months ago. I am not exactly great at creating super heroes but I wanted to give one a shot! So, here she is!

Super Heroine Name: Circuit Breaker

REAL NAME: Felicia Dixon

This is Felicia Dixon aka Circuit Breaker. The southern panther gal with a heart and confidence the size of the deep south itself.

She was raised by her father who is former military (Pilot) and her mother who worked odd ball jobs off and on during her childhood to help provide for the family. If there was one thing her family taught her it was that you work hard for the things you want. You do not sit around and let others give to you. You get up off your butt and earn it.

During her childhood Felicia always felt there was something off about herself. She could never quite point out what it was though. She always seemed to have a bit of a static charge on her body. Even after shocking something to rid of it it always seemed to return within seconds.

At the age of 14 Felicia's life would change forever. Her mother went to the local shop to pick up food for the family to cook for dinner. However, as she was in the store buying the groceries a group of 4 gang members showed up to the store and decided to rob the place. Kathy, Felicia's mother, didn't put up a fight. As she handed over her money and jewelery as demanded by the gang members. However, the leader of the group pushed out one of the new members of the gang and ordered him to kill Kathy to earn full membership. The gang member didn't hesitate and he indeed shot and killed Felicia's mother.

Felicia was devastated at the news of her mothers death. She went from being a normal, hard working and fun loving child to one now full of sadness and anger for what had happened. Her mother was killed so some random guy would be able to join a gang. Even her own relationship with her father strained from the death as he only tried to comfort her. The police managed to capture the gang member who shot her mother and he was brought to trial. However, even that didn't go as planned. The justice system had failed and the gang member was let go due to the fancy work of his lawyer.

The gang member's name is Flint Kosivet, a male rat. Felicia was floored by what had happened, the man who killed her mother was being set free. She vowed in court as he was being escorted out "You will PAY for what you did to my mother!" The only thing the male rat could do was laugh as he disappeared from the building with two guards.

As the years went by Felicia kept that angry feeling within herself for now, finally graduating high school and getting accepted to college. Meanwhile, Flint was going up in the crime world as well, making his way up the ladder of leadership. Little did each of them know they were going to be heading right on a collision course again.

Felicia continued on through college, doing rather well all the way into her senior year. She was accepted to help on a unique project. A project that if successful it would make things like cars, bikes and even tanks have the ability to float off the ground using electromagnetic pulsewaves. She was hooking one of the coils up within a chamber when she was locked inside and unfortunately the device was fired up to charge the coil. Both her and the coil were being pounded by the electrical charge of the device.

Felicia was hospitalized for 3 months after the accident, however, little would she know that accident would awaken the powers that were hidden within her. She graduated from school while in the hospital, however, she never returned to the school itself. Her body was changing to a more...primal state. She grew saber fangs as even her body seemed to grow in body mass with strength. She would constantly hear the crackling of electricity as it jumped from her to nearby objects until she learned to control it. She can launch bolts of lightning from her paws and even use it to help add a bit of shock to her kicks and strikes. Her own strength made her strong enough to lift cars though she did her best to keep this all a secret.

The same gang that killed her mother started to make their way back into the headlines. With their new leader, Flint Kosivet who as well seemed to have had an accident. His own powers involved fire. When she saw the trouble he was causing her own hatred of him drove her to go and help...atleast that's what she thought she was doing. When the gang started to rob and attack a nearby city block she came to help. Though, she didn't show much restraint in using her powers from the shadows as she purposely tried to harm the leader of the gang by any means nescessary. Destroying even parts of homes. She eventually ran the gang off but at a large cost to the area.

She saw a little raccoon girl crying, seeing part of the home that had been destroyed due to Felicia's own anger was the girls room. Toys and all ruined and damaged. The feline frowned realizing what she had done. She realized there was more to being a 'hero' than just going after the bad guys. She was suppose to protect others and save them...not ruin their lives as her own had. She collected the damaged toys and looked to the girl, giving a nod "I will make this right...I promise." she would say before she heard the police arriving. She dashed away to make sure she wouldn't be caught. It took her several weeks but she managed to repay the toys she had broken from the little girl and returned one night. This time in her own superheroine outfit.

The outfit was a single one piece spandex outfit. Covering her arms down to her hips but left her legs exposed. A pair of baby blue boots and a special type of gem stone knee guards. Her final piece was a hammer and shield she had crafted in secret. She would knock on the door and leave the toys at the door step with a note "Thank you for showing me the error of my ways. I cannot make up for what I have already done...but I can try to be a better person in the future. I promise to make sure nothing like this happens again while I am here." as she signed it 'Circuit Breaker'. The family only saw the black pantheress riding off on her blue GSX1300R, a crotch rocket.

Circuit Breaker status as a superheroine is uncertain. She was reported to the police during the fight with the gang and is on the wanted list. However, ever since that faithful night she has worked hard to keep the area safe but she does still hope that one night she was will run into that rat again. She hopes she can keep her anger in check when she does...
