anyway, was having some thoughts about probably the only oc x oc ship (with ONLY my own characters) that I care about LMAO
so I was drawing this and its also a screenshot redraw from a pic I saw from School of Rock i think

am I the only one who grew up having that movie (and Elf) shoved down ur throat and being made to watch it every. single. year. (multiple times a year sometimes) in class at school????? Im sure School of Rock is a good movie but i reflexively and vehemently want nothing to do with it cuz just thinking about it makes me want to do literally anything else lmao

BUT i saw the pic and I was like 'this is it - this is Miriam and Faust's dynamic' so here we are:

former boring 'normal' girl whose life gets turned upside-down when she keeps an android she received by accident and that spiraled out of control so bad, she got thrown out of the society she lived in and is wanted for serious crimes and also has almost died like three times now

and slutty little meow meow (hybrid)man with a surprisingly angsty (and, perhaps UNsurprisingly, shady) backstory who secretly just wants to know what holding hands is like and will look at u very disrespectfully while also respecting ur boundaries at the same time... somehow

both bond over mutual internal self-loathing and wanting to change things up a bit when previous attempts at love went awry. also Faust is nice, good looking and has a very cute smile so he has the hometown advantage despite Miriam's last ex being Dio (in this spin-off) lmao
