Well, I am the commissioner of this piece, so I thought I might tell you
The one on the left is called Kage, and he is actually a laptop of the boy on the right. Kage is actually some kind of cyborg (like in the Chobits manga), so he has those cyborg-ish non-human ears
And the pendant is actually Lelouch from Code Geass in his school uniform
