Description
Baby Head, known as Hoover in Japan, is a character from the arcade game "Captain Commando" and a member of the Commando Team. He is a super genius baby who fights using a robot of his own design that is both strong and quick.I always liked his design and I would really love to see more of him in future Capcom games. Hoover made occasional appearances and cameos here n there and it's nice to know that he's not forgotten.
