HQ: Cargo starship "HAIL MARY" has issued an SOS, reports of pirates in light transports conducting a boarding action, unknown force size, they're still in orbit. Air Guard will tail the "HAIL MARY" and engage the pirate transports and await your arrival. Geo-coordinates have been sent to your navigation systems. ROE, all pirates are declared hostile, capture only if the situation deems it possible. Good hunting, over.

While these range from civilian or military use - this is vital infrastructure that sees threats from pirate gangs looking for easy scores, and terrorist factions looking for goods to trade on the black market. Khvatkian Air Guard fighters report suspicious activity and engage aerial targets when necessary, while naval targets may require Peacekeeper intervention.

The Khvatkian Defense Forces are divided between the Peacekeeping Forces which serves as the military force, the Sector Security Enforcement Agency which serves as the planetary police force, and the Air Guard which serves as the planetary Air/Space Force.

The Khvatkian Defense Forces make up the entire planet of Khvatka's armed forces, the Air Guard serves as the Air/Space Force of the armed forces.

The Khvatkian Peacekeeping Forces are a branch of the Khvatkian Defense Forces that serve as the planet's armed forces.

These soldiers are highly trained and highly disciplined, their endeavors have yielded high success rates with little casualties. Peacekeepers undergo intense training involving ground, naval, aerial, atmospheric and space combat, with many of their instructors being former Tier 1 special forces from Earth. KPFs are stationed in various KDF installations including bases, airfields, orbital/atmospheric space ports, naval vessels, and satellites orbiting Khvatka.
