I don't usually draw clouds this way, it was all experimental so I cant really explain it very well but iΒ used the regular air brush and some brushΒ thatΒ I downloadedΒ and the eraser tool. I always turn on the shape dynamics and turn up the angle jitter and turn on the scattering set to low and other dynamics with everything set low.
