Tears come without warning,Creeping from the dark parts of my heart.
Daggers tear at my mind,
Falling from my eyes
Pain of death, pain of life,
Pain of the past and future combine.
Swirling cacophony in my mind,
Menacing shapes move through the depths.
Self and selfless,
The dissonance strikes harmony in my mind.
Mingling with pain, growing with fear,
Dark forms reach from the chasm.
I shield my vision from the sights,
Welcome the agony, hiding the truth.
My thoughts scatter from what lies beneath,
When the pain fades, the waters clear.
