1 - What parts of your prompt were written well and easy to understand? Was there anything the writer of the prompt could improve on or include next time they create a prompt?
>>>The promt was very precise and easy to follow. The 'dragon but no scales or wings'-thing confused me a bit, so I hope it's alright that this dragon has just reaaally short fur in the leg/foot area. ;u;

2 - Please explain how you interpreted the prompt to create your design. Which features did you use? Did you stick to the chosen palette or make changes to it? Does the design you created have any special abilities or quirks?
>>>Well, first I tried to give it a dragon-ish head with horns and a long muzzle slightly similar to a beak at its end. I chose this particular colour palette because I wanted to give it something 'tropical' (and thought it would go well with the flower - since incooperating one was also asked for :3). I tried to give them a few accessories too, but since it's a flower-dragon I left them out the tail and the head (mostly), because I felt like flowers AND accessories would be a bit too over-kill. xD
