Hey, look! I'm actually doing something for the challenge I created!

So here's my pathetic attempt at being the least bit original. I tried doing a much different scenario than the song implied. I call my character Street Cat.

The song is more along to her backstory than her current lifestyle. I suppose you'll want to know what it is.

Street Cat emerged from a machine that makes anything from your imagination become real. The machine's original creator left the use of the machine open to the general public, inventing a whole world of various figments of human imagination. However, once the creator died, a greedy politician who wanted to control the world where the figments lived took over. With the machine he created a bloodthirsty army of immortal soldiers, and he never let anyone else use the machine ever again. However, he broke down when his animal-loving daughter begged him for just one try. And thus Street Cat was born. She didn't have a name upon birth, however. So the greedy ruler decided to force the cat to become his personal assasin. Never knowing about anything else, she consented to his every wish. But one day she heard tale of a faraway city where the machine's other creations lived their own lives, and decided to run away and check it out. Upon arrival, she was called a "dirty little street cat" by one of the locals, and dubbed herself Street Cat. But the greedy man wanted his warrior back, so he sent some of his soldiers to hunt her down. Because she was the only living being who knew his current location, and if that information got into the wrong hands, his goverment could be overthrown.

That's Street Cat's backstory in a nutshell. I thought it out a lot, but I'll probably think of something that the story resembles eventually...
