Wait- ANOTHER PMD ending scene? Haven't I done three of these already?It's been a while since I drew anything with just pencil and pen, and the first on I put on dA. Aww, I just wanted to test out my new drawing pencils. This started as a random sketch at 2 a.m. of myself as a Pikachu(that's what I got on the personality test), but then it mushroomed into this pic, which took until about 4 a.m. to finish.

Aw, this is so sad and sweet like the ending! Really like how you did Piplup, and Pikachu's tail is really well done too.
Also...god dangit, why must those games be so awesome yet so dang sad?! I didn't cry with the second one, but my eyes were misty and I did blink down a tear or two... I was a Meowth named Nami and my partner was a Pikachu named Sparky. We were best friends, and just seeing how hurt he was when I was gone(in my world, it was two and a half years) and then coming back...-sniffs- The game producers really outdid themselves with PMD2.

I cried at this scene too.. I was a Pikachu too, and my partner was a male Cyndaquil I named Jinwoo (the boy I had a crush on for 3+years). You know on the scenes where all the other rescue parties chase you because of Gengar saying that you're the reason of the natural disasters? I loved it when Jinwoo kept saying "I believe in you... cause You're my partner!!" it felt like he was actually saying that. In reality, he's never talked to me since I confessed my love with a chocolate heart in 5th grade. So when I was rising into the sky as a star.... It was 4a.m. and I was sitting at my desk, my family was all sleeping.... I cried a lot. Boy, those Korean translaters did well with the Japanese game translation. It was really touching. Anyway... Love this pic! Maybe I should try one with me and Jinwoo. (Only that I like to draw my pokemon as humans with that pokemon's characteristics, such as me with glasses and Pikachu ears. hehe).

I was a Pikachu too, except my partner was a female Chikorita named Meg. The way she felt about me made me feel like she was in love with me or something, so I practically cried when I disappeared and then came back. Two lovers seperated by a time paradox, only to have the master of time make an exception and undo the paradox without any more distortion of time. Hmm...I could use that for a story if my characters decide to do that since I can't make them do anything they don't want to do. They're in my mind, but they do what they want and are unaware of this world's existance. I think I inadvertantly created a Pokemon world and somehow made it originate a long time ago. It has a whole history and ancestries and stuff like that. I'm not good at explaining these things, so You might want to go to my gallery and read the stories there.

I saw one of the stories. It seems interesting. And yeah, I did feel like the hero and partner must be in love or something. Really, I adore HeroXPartner relationships.

oh. You mean Gallade's Odessy? Yeah, that was one of the chapters in the middle/near ending of the story. There's about 41 chapters plus a two part prologue and an epilogue. It's a pretty long story, plus there's a few more stories that hppen after the epilogue and a few that I will post soon that happen way before the prologue.

I named my partner after my best friend, so I think it made the scene even worse. XD;
Then I cried even more when they went back and when they started crying to Bidoof. :<
The music made it so sad too.
I noticed that my partner sort of acted how my best friend acts. o_O It was weird, but awesome. XD

'Tis a sad scene...
I know! I mean, in the first game the partner was crying after a few hours of losing their best friend, but in the sequel, the patner is crying like heck after like FIVE MONTHS(or in my case, one year) of their most treasured companion dying, with the only thing to instigate the feeling being a sunset! And all the flashbacks, too... Definetely one of the greatest scenes in Pokemon Game history.

Oh, I cried at this part. But I kinda knew what to expect, because of the first one, that there might be a tiny chance that you come back!
I remember in the first game, when the credits rolled, I was soooo mad. I threw my gameboy on the bed and cried, but then I saw me come back! And then I partied.

I had an almost identical reaction... I didn't throw my DS, but I cried my pathetic eyes out. I almost destroyed a rare Gengar Pokemon card when the *insert nasty name here* tried to get me killed, though.

PMD is so sad! I cried at the end of the first version, but not the second, because I had the idiocy to watch the japanese ending on YouTube months before the game came out.
