This is a free chibi llama template. This means you can use this base without paying me. Just don't remove the watermark and credit me for the template in the description.
CHIBI LLAMA LINEART
File description:The file contains the following layers:
- Glow
- Highlights
- Lineart (watermarked)
- Shadows
- Eye/Hooves
- Fur
- Main Base
All layers are locked, so you only need to pick the brush and paint over them to design a character.
Rules:
Do not sell/use the design that comes with the base. You can use it to make adoptables/your OCs. Only free and point adoptables are allowed, no cash. No altering the lineart/removing the watermark. No posting the base on other sites, claiming or selling the base. Remember to link back to this deviation, so other people can use it.CUSTOM RULES

Does the 3DS have the possibility to use .psd files? I have a DSi so I wouldn't know.

Try opening the program first. Then go to 'File > Open' and choose the downloaded file.
They have some problems if you double click them and try to open them that way (especially with GIMP)... Don't know why, I never figured that out.

It's a .psd file, it's not possible to make it not-downloadable.
The lineart can be saved to your PC but it still counts as a 'download'... I'm not really sure what the problem here is. รฉ_รจ

the problem is, i can't download because our laptop was easily attacked by viruses. so can you?

The only option is that I send it by e-mail because otherwise, I'm sorry, but there's no other option but a download. (It's not a matter of making it not-downloadable, if something is on internet and you want it on your PC, it's a download no matter which site you use.)

i have paint.net and gimp.. but whenever i download these it goes to windows gallery or something and i can never seem to use em . n.

You can use them with GIMP (I have the 2.8 and it works). You press the 'download' option and save them on your PC, then you open GIMP and go to File > Open and select the .psd file.

When you say no altering the lineart does that means we can't add items (like scarves/collars) or to just not actually edit the lineart? Just checking ^w^

The second one. You can add scarves/collars/etc, this means deleting part of the lines, yes, the thing you can't do is stretch it, change the eye, modify the tail... It's a base and it's supposed to be used as such, if someone wants to 'fix' it, then they can create their own. Adding is fine.
