BACKSTORY:
Born in the city, Cadriel grew up with her father who was a single man. At the age of 5, Cadriel was abandoned by her father and stranded in a city that was new to her. She hid in the shadows scared to be harmed again. Even though she hated the city, it was still her home. In a dark foggy night, when Cadriel was 7, is when she discovered her Stand powers after being attacked by a strange man with a bow. After running away from the man, she soon brought out Philotes. She couldn't control her Stand at first, but she was able to gain enough control over it, but her Stand still remains visible at all times and even has its own voice and different thoughts and opinions. Quickly Philotes took the role as a mother for Cadriel. Now at the age of 15, Philotes and she still roams the streets of the city just trying to get by. Cadriel is harmless, but she is still a trickster.

Memory Radio: the black screen on Philotes's face will show the face of a loved one or a close friend, Philotes can also mimic the voice of who ever it is screening.

Got Your 6: Philotes will cast a shield around Cadriel or any of her friends in range, the shield is 5 meters by 3 meters and can be cast from a range of 6 meters. Inside of the shield any ranged attack can be deflected, but melee attacks wear the shield down faster than range.

Melody Harmony: If all else fails, Philotes can play a tune that will make the enemy stop attacking for 5 seconds, though it only works on attacking enemies. This attack can be done in the range of 6 meters.

Cadriel is able to control what attacks Philotes can do, but doesn't have control to speak through Philotes
Cadriel will often talk to Philotes as if it was a real person.
Philotes talks as if it was another entity.
Philotes is always visible, never has the Stand withdraw even when Cadriel is around other Stand users or if she is trying to run away.
Philotes can wander far away from her user, but only for a certain time, due to a strong bond, if Philotes doesn't return to Cadriel in a minute, Cadriel will pass out due to how much energy is being used.
