Well, well...Look who came in to join Milotic! Needless to say, they're havin the time of thier lives!I decided to expand The Joyful Milotic for this one. Didn't take a very long time. As you may have noticed, my drawings' eyes are mostly shut. I kinda suck at drawing eyes open. Besides, I think they look cooler/cuter with thier eyes closed! Or both! Enjoy!
