4) WON’T DO:
NSFW, fetish art or suggestive content
Uncensored nudity (censored non-sexual nudity is allowed)
Political or controversial content
Hateful content
Drug and smoking related content
Animal death / abuse
Keep in mind that I reserve the right to refuse the commission for personal reasons.

5) COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY:
The commissioner will hold the rights to the picture, both commercial and non-commercial.
I, as the artist, reserve the right to publish the commissioned artwork on my galleries for exhibit purposes.
Said publication will include a watermark and won’t be displayed in full size. That’s reserved only for the commissioner.
If a chargeback is filed against me, all rights of the commissioner to the commissioned artwork will be lost, and said rights will belong to me.

6) WORK PROCESS / WAITING PERIOD:
ESTIMATED DATE: When discussing the commission, I will agree on an estimated date for the artwork to be finished.
The estimated date will depend on the complexity of the commission, the amount of current commissions in process, among other reasons. This will be discussed with the potential commissioner.
If I fail to send the commission before the estimated date, a refund will be given to the commissioner (see “7) REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS” section).
CORRECTION DATE: After the estimated date, there’s a period of 10 days for the commissioner to ask for any correction. After said 10 days, the commission will be closed and finished completely.
Corrections apply only in relation to the originally agreed references. Example: I missed a detail that was clearly displayed on the originally sent reference of the character.
Corrections do NOT apply in relation to new information. Example: The commissioner wanted the character to be drawn sitting, but never said so on the original references.

7) REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations with full refund have a time limit of 48 hours after the half upfront payment is met properly. After that, no refund will be given.
I offer a full refund if the individual commission isn’t sent to the commissioner by the estimated date (see “6) WORK PROCESS / WAITING PERIOD” section).

8) OTHER CONCEPTS:
If you chose to commission me, you will be agreeing to the terms and services.
Once we both agree on a commission, I will be sending the costumer an invoice through Paypal with the proper price to their mail.
