1. You purchase the character ^-^2. Give me a palette or certain restrictions in colors :3
3. And I will fill the adopt with life (colors) and it will be yours (+ transfer if you have toyhouse) 
TOS:
- Payment upfront per PayPal
- Cellshading: + $1
- The quality currently uploaded is lower resolution to protect the image. You will get full res of course
- Changes of colors in case that you don't like them are allowed. Though maximum of one bunch of swaps (Keep in mind that this is similar to a mystery box with themes you can decide)
- Once the transfer is complete no changes of colors will be done.
- You can as well pay in € for same amount if you prefer it.
