Description
Emika-Li.Adoptive mother of Shen Li and a cop in the force. She's a character in the 10 rings hero who is fighting for the right for officers to use quirks. She also deeply supports vigillantes believing they are fighting an unjust cause. Her quirk bullseye allows her to hit targets from far away. Emika has worked alongside the vigillante known as Lady Nagant who later becomes her girlfriend.
Emika didn't have the best childhood growing up. Her father was against her supporting vigilantes or those deemed above the law. He eben threatened to have her arrested if she was caught protesting for vigilante and free quirk usage for police. He is also against her being a lesbian. Emika will have a big impact on Shen as he grows up and goes to U.A to train and be a hero.
This OC was inspired by Eliza-Frost who had an OC for adoption.
