I share this character with AdamatiumDragoness . She designed Dusk originally as a night fury and Islander.

Dusk isn't an Islander. But he can be considered a Wind Islander. He was born outside the islands but grew up with Ynnej and Warp in the Island of Wind. He has small, soft feathers on his head that run down the back of his head and a small bunch of them at the tip of his tail.
He has three black spikes along his jaw and
The moon on his chest is a bright and very noticeable blue, sometimes glows with his eyes when he's pissed off. A dark side of him appears when he battles. He challenges other dragons into battle and he always wins. Because of it, he has several scars on his body including his left eye, arm, leg, and ear. But he considers them a trophies.
